The majority of goods on this site are personalised, and therefore are exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations (which replaced the Consumer Contract Regulations).
We always send artwork before we manufacture which we feel gives customers a 'cooling off' time. If you change your mind before accepting the artwork, we will give you a full refund. This is above and beyond our legal responsibilities.
However, once we have manufactured a personalised product, there is no right to return unless the product is damaged in transit (please send photos of packaging and contents as all parcels are insured).
Your rights are no affected in the case of damaged or faulty goods.
